Q. People In The game Are Not Speaking English!
A. As long as it not in BC (Broad Cast) There Is Little we can do. After all the entire
world does not speak English. They have a right to speak what they speak as much
as you have a right to speak English. But Maybe This Will Help. If you would like

Q. Why a 2d Game Why Not a Cool 3d Game?
A. I like 2d. No Really I Do. I don't care for 3d MMORPG's - I get lost way to
easy. I like old school Zelda type over head games. Also I wanted a Game
That both Mac Users And PC Users Could Enjoy. As I have both Computers.
The Other Thing I was Looking at was the lowest specs I could find for a
game of this type. Not Every One in the world has the latest and greatest
Video Card, Or a Super-Loaded 3 Gig Ram Machine!
Q. Can I play with dial-up?
A. Like I said the game has low specs. If you have a decent Dial-Up
Connection you can try it out and see. Some of the players do use dial-up.
But you may lag a little from time to time if a lot is going on.
Q. I downloaded the file now what?
A. The File is a compressed Zip File (That means that the file you
downloaded has several files inside of it). All you need to do is right click on
the file and choose Extract Files. If the option Extract Files Does not appear
when you right click you may need the program "WinZip" in order to open
the compressed files. It Can BE Found Here WIN ZIP SITE
Q. I uncompressed the files now what?
A. When you uncompressed the files it created a directory called (First Star
Online 2). Go into this directory and click on the icon with the white arrow, It
should launch the program. All you need to do now is just change the sever
to Crash Dragon and create a new user.
Q. I tried to use the name (Insert Name Here) and it says it Wont Let Me. Why
is that?
A. We use a VERY large and Very complete Bad Names Filter. Sometimes It
keeps out good names, but do not worry, just create a new name and you
will be up and running!
Q. It says the connection was closed. What does that mean?
A. Occasionally the Server will do some self maintenance when this
happens connections to the server are sometimes closed. Do not fear the
game automatically saves your Character and your items when this
happens. Often all that is needed is to reconnect and you will be playing
again.
Q. It says Can't Find Server? Why is that?
A. Sometimes for various reasons the server gets knocked offline. It is best
to give it a try in a hour or so when this happens. We will do our best to get it
back online as fast as we can but life sometimes slows down that process. If
you would like to avoid seeing these messages please see the info page and
help us out!
Q. The game says I need to Register whats up with that? I Thought it was
FREE!!
A. You are not required to register the game to play it. But if you decide to
register the game you will get a few added benefits that you did not have
before. (Like the ability to Broadcast Messages - And Consistent Exp.) If you
do decide to register please tell them that you are restring for the Crash
Dragon Server. It might help us out a little.
Q. Why won't the (Admins) in this game give out items like in other games.
A. The (Admins) in this game have a set of rules they MUST follow and one
of those is NO giving out items.
Q. I got put in the game jail by an (Admin) for something that was not my
fault!
A. Sorry but I can not help you. Be a Good player and you will not go to jail.
Q. I just keep getting connection closed after an (Admin) told me that he
was going to ban me because I did Something I wasn't Supposed to.
A. Your Character has been banned! You Broke The Rules! You Lost The
Game! (feel free to play the other games we offer here at Crash Dragon, But
you have been kicked out of the MMORPG. And will not be able to return!)
Q. It's not fair. I didn't want to be BANNED! I want to play the game again. I
will be good this time I promise.
A. NO! A Banned player BROKE the rules and will not be allowed back into
the game.
Q. Your game sucks, World Of War craft is better!!!
A. Everyone is entitled to there opinion. Thank you for not PLAYING here! =)
Q. Some guy in the game is speaking a strange language.
A. That is fine unless it is over Broadcast. We have players from all over the
globe.
Q. Some guy told me that he would make my item magical if I gave it to him.
Now He is gone and so is my item!!
A. You got scammed! Tell an (Admin) we will do what we can. But remember
we are for the most part like the police. If we didn't see it there is little we can
do unless they admit to it.
Q. Is your server hosted by Slim?
A. No! Our server is in our house right behind me. We Host our own server.

Q. I can't get the game to run I am getting error (Insert error with number
here).
A. Most problems can be solved by restating you machine or re-installing
the software. But if this does not fix your problem please visit the support
